Review: DC Heroes- World in the Balance

I recently acquired this module for DC Heroes Second Edition via eBay, with the intention of running it for quite a while. While the players were interested in trying a Justice League Adventure at first (with quarrels over who got to play Power Girl), we shifted gears and decided to do a Your Own Heroes campaign instead, set in Midway City. I may run this game in the future, but since not much info exists about World in the Balance (much less a review of it), I figured I might as well crack this open and give it a rundown for you all.

Been running a DC Heroes RPG (3rd Edition) campaign with my tabletop group- set in 1990 during the Post Crisis Era.
It's certainly been interesting weaving the player characters' backstories into the post-Invasion! DCU... aside from having to keep up...
